Biography:

Irwin is a passionate and experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong background in injury rehabilitation, strength & conditioning training and Clinical Pilates. He has worked extensively in private practice, sports physiotherapy and with the research team at the University of Melbourne, helping clients of all ages and activity levels move better and perform at their best.

With postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Positive Psychology, Irwin takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment. He has a particular interest in managing running-related injuries, post-surgical rehab and high-performance rehabilitation. He’s especially passionate about strength training for injury prevention and long-term health, particularly in active ageing populations.

Beyond the clinic, Irwin has worked with numerous sporting teams, from community-level football clubs to elite volleyball and cricket teams. He combines hands-on treatment with his expertise in strength & conditioning rehabilitation to create tailored exercise programs to help his clients achieve long-term results.

In his downtime, Irwin stays active through running and lifting weights and enjoys unwinding with friends and his Dalmatian, Lucy.
